Reverse Engineering is the reproduction of the press die components without drawing. Generally, many of the design prints or the specification standards only specify the general dimensions, not the principal of the part characteristics.
Sometimes, old parts do not have the information critical to tool build due to missing design prints, death/retirement of the original engineers, etc. It is crucial to the reverse engineering process and the improvement of the existing parts to do a reverse engineering analysis of the technology, software, and methodology used to build the original tooling details. All reverse engineering projects are strictly confidential and will be stored on a secure server.
Honeston will take responsibility for the entire process from data collection to parts build. Please feel free to contact us for any conerns such as "No print available to make spare parts" or "Discrepany between the actual part and data on file"
